My room mate has been back and for over three days now he has shown absolutley no signs of smoking!

I am amazed!

The experiment was playing a quit smoking hypnosis session on him every night that he slept on the couch in front of the T.V.

I played the session four times for three days in a row. The results are in and things are looking good.

He has been back for three days now from his parents’ place and although it is still not enough time to be 100% certain if this experiment has worked, he claims he hasn’t smoked for over 2 weeks now and although this is really not much, but for him this is something big.

I trust that he hasn’t smoked for 2 weeks because one thing is for certain his annoying cough has almost dissapeared. If this experiment seriously worked then Im left with no doubt that hypnosis is the most effective way for quitting smoking.

I think I won’t mention this to him until later perhaps give it a month or two and I will inform him that he was part of a quit smoking with hypnosis experiment! (Evil Grin)

I suggest you play the session every night for 3 days in a row, on a cd player by your bedside just before you go to sleep and to enhance the effects put the player on repeat.
