After being a smoker for 15 years, I've decided I finally had enough. I've been smoke free for 2 weeks now. It really is a mindset and a lifestyle change. And one has to really be ready for a change. Change is always difficult but change is good. The torture in the beginning is worth a lifetime of living guilt free.

I totally agree with this, I believe smokers can choose different alternatives to suit their needs, like example chewing of gum or trying out electronic cigarettes to start kick the habit for beginners and hence reduce their addiction level. And yes i feel smokers should always have a cheerful attitude otherwise it would be disastrous. This tips are really great.Keep It Up =)

I read on another blog somewhere that it's hard to quit smoking if you don't push yourself out of your comfort zone, because that is exactly what smoking is: a comfort zone. So I pushed myself out of a comfort zone and joined a flash mob who's message was to quit smoking, it was the most fun I've had in years - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjDtG22OdOQ

I quit smoking about 25 years ago. Cold turkey from a 4 pack a day habit. I had tried several times before but never could stop the withdrawal headaches and would have to start back just to exist. I discovered a truly, can not fail, method but as I tried to share it with friends most would just show no interest. I finally gave up on trying to help people. Maybe giving it away gave the impression it was to simple, however everyone that did try it "quit Smoking"
What should I do with this information? There is nothing else like it and I just want to help smokers stop. If I were to try to market it is there someone who could help? You know a computer expert?
Tell me what you think?
